Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the luxury resort, ensuring seamless coordination between all departments from F&B to excursions.
- Drive financial performance through strategic revenue management and meticulous budget control to maximize GOP.
- Mentor and lead a team of 250+ multinational staff, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and professional growth.
- Curate and innovate bespoke guest experiences that align with the brand's ultra-luxury positioning and sustainability goals.
- Maintain rigorous standards for property maintenance, safety, and environmental health across the entire island.
- Engage directly with high-net-worth guests to ensure personalized service and handle complex requirements with total discretion.
- Collaborate with the corporate executive team to implement long-term brand strategies and large-scale property enhancements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles within 5-star or ultra-luxury hospitality environments.
- Proven track record of managing remote or island-based properties with complex logistics.
- Strong financial acumen with extensive experience in P&L management, forecasting, and CAPEX planning.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant asset.
- Advanced degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of global luxury travel trends and the nuances of high-net-worth guest expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and retain large, culturally diverse teams in a residential setting.
