Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and housekeeping departments.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue, occupancy, and average daily rate (ADR).
- Manage the hotel's P&L, ensuring costs are controlled while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and employee engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including corporate accounts, travel agents, and local community leaders.
- Ensure strict adherence to all brand standards, safety regulations, and health codes.
- Act as the primary ambassador for the brand, handling VIP guests and high-profile inquiries with grace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality, including 3 years in a management role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Micros) and MS Office suite.
- Valid New York State liquor license.
