Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments accurately and efficiently using manual and mechanical equipment.
- Sort, palletize, and stage inventory for outgoing domestic shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace according to OSHA standards.
- Perform daily inventory cycle counts and report discrepancies to the warehouse manager.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse tools safely.
- Assist in general facility maintenance and light cleaning duties as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Proven ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move materials for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when volume peaks.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is preferred but not required.
- Pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
