Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments safely and efficiently from delivery trucks.
- Sort, organize, and inventory incoming materials and products within the warehouse facility.
- Operate basic material handling equipment, such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment adhering to OSHA standards.
- Assist team leads with order picking, packing, and preparation for daily shipment.
- Perform general facility upkeep, maintenance, and assembly tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout a standard shift.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are absolute requirements.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in warehousing, construction, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and operate under safety-first protocols.
