Responsibilities
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and equipment
- Perform facility cleaning, maintenance, and organization tasks
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support team members in completing daily project goals
- Report equipment issues or workplace hazards promptly
- Participate in physical tasks requiring lifting up to 50 lbs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 50 lbs
- Basic understanding of construction/warehouse safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable transportation to worksites
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license a plus
