Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to maximize profitability, control costs, and optimize labor schedules.
- Manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to minimize waste and reduce food costs.
- Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of the culinary and service staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP) and local regulatory compliance.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with the executive team to design seasonal menus and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a supervisory role within a high-volume, luxury F&B establishment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record in budget management, cost control, and P&L analysis.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP regulations, food safety standards, and local health codes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Micros, Oracle) and reservation management software.
