Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative beverage menus featuring local craft cocktails and curated wine selections
- Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships while maintaining 18% beverage cost target
- Lead and mentor a 15-person F&B team through daily operations and service excellence training
- Collaborate with executive chef on seasonal food pairings and tasting menu integration
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategic promotions
- Ensure compliance with ABC regulations and HACCP safety protocols
- Oversee VIP guest experiences and private event coordination
Qualifications
- 5+ years in upscale F&B management with proven beverage program expertise
- Advanced certification from Court of Master Sommeliers or WSET Level 3+
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional leadership skills with team development track record
- Deep knowledge of craft spirits, wine regions, and mixology trends
- Proficiency in POS systems (Toast, Aloha) and inventory software
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
