Responsibilities
- Develop and execute F&B strategies aligned with brand vision and market trends
- Oversee daily operations of 5+ premium dining venues (restaurants, bars, lounges)
- Manage P&L, inventory control, and cost optimization across all outlets
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of 50+ F&B professionals
- Curate seasonal menus and beverage programs with local/global influences
- Forge strategic partnerships with premium suppliers and local producers
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's food safety regulations (HACCP)
- Drive guest satisfaction through service excellence and complaint resolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years progressive F&B management experience in luxury hospitality
- Proven track record in high-volume, multi-outlet operations
- Advanced certification in Food Safety Management (e.g., HACCP/SafeServe)
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Exceptional leadership skills with team development expertise
- Deep knowledge of global culinary trends and beverage innovations
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one Asian language
- Valid Singapore Work Permit or citizenship
