Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic F&B plans to achieve 15% annual revenue growth
- Manage P&L with $5M+ annual budget, optimizing cost controls and margin performance
- Lead, mentor, and develop 40+ F&B staff through performance coaching and training programs
- Curate seasonal menus and beverage programs aligned with culinary trends and guest preferences
- Forge relationships with premium suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency
- Implement digital reservation and POS systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct weekly quality assurance audits across all service touchpoints
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive F&B management experience in luxury hospitality
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets (min $3M annual volume)
- Advanced certification from NRA or similar hospitality institution
- Expert knowledge of NYC liquor licensing regulations and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in restaurant management software
