Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive F&B management in fine dining/luxury hospitality
- Proven revenue growth and cost control track record
- Sommelier or mixology certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of NYC food scene and regulations
- Expertise in team leadership and talent development
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
