Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless service delivery across front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and engineering departments.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue, occupancy rates, and profitability.
- Manage the annual budget, including forecasting, cost control, and monthly financial reporting.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, mentoring staff and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Handle VIP guest relations and resolve complex service issues with discretion and diplomacy.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive brand awareness and local partnerships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in luxury hotel management or a similar executive role.
- Strong knowledge of PMS (Property Management Systems) such as Opera (Micros) or Delphi.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and improving guest satisfaction scores (GSS).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a focus on service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons.
- Relevant hospitality degree or certification (e.g., AHLA, IHG, or equivalent).
