Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Direct and manage all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Financial Oversight: Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize occupancy rates, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
- Guest Experience: Personally address VIP guests and resolve complex issues to ensure 5-star satisfaction standards are consistently met.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to local regulations, health and safety protocols, and corporate policies.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with the sales and marketing team to drive group bookings and enhance the hotel's reputation.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity at a luxury property.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage conflicts, and inspire high performance.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of hospitality trends, guest service expectations, and industry technology.
