Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal menus that showcase premium ingredients and culinary artistry
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 15+ culinary professionals
- Oversee kitchen operations, inventory management, and cost control
- Collaborate with suppliers to source sustainable, high-quality produce
- Ensure adherence to HACCP standards and food safety protocols
- Drive culinary innovation while maintaining restaurant's signature identity
- Manage kitchen budgets and optimize profitability
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in fine dining with 3+ years as Executive Chef
- Proven track record in Michelin-starred or equivalent establishments
- Culinary degree from accredited institution or equivalent experience
- Expertise in Asian fusion and contemporary European techniques
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Advanced knowledge of cost control and inventory systems
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency preferred
- Valid Singaporean work permit or citizenship
