Qualifications
- 7+ years fine dining experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Classically trained with farm-to-table philosophy mastery
- Proven cost control and inventory management expertise
- AAA/Forbes Five Diamond or Michelin-starred background preferred
- ServSafe certification and strong HACCP knowledge
