Responsibilities
- Develop seasonal menus featuring signature fusion dishes
- Lead kitchen operations with emphasis on waste reduction and sustainability
- Manage food costs and inventory control systems
- Train and mentor junior chefs on advanced techniques
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and Singapore food safety standards
- Collaborate with beverage team on wine pairings
- Oversee kitchen renovations and equipment upgrades
Qualifications
- 10+ years in fine dining with 5+ years as Executive Chef
- Advanced certification from Le Cordon Bleu or equivalent
- Proven experience with Asian-French fusion cuisine
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean food regulations
- Expertise in menu engineering and cost control
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
