Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal menus balancing innovation with tradition
- Lead kitchen operations including inventory control, cost management, and staff training
- Collaborate with beverage team to create wine-pairing experiences
- Ensure compliance with health/safety standards and sustainability practices
- Manage kitchen budget, vendor relationships, and quality control
- Oversee menu development for private events and catering services
Qualifications
- 10+ years progressive experience in Michelin-starred or fine dining environments
- Proven track record in kitchen leadership and menu development
- Culinary degree from accredited institution or equivalent apprenticeship
- Strong knowledge of sourcing local/organic ingredients
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Food safety certification (ServSafe)
