- Manage complex executive calendars including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and deadline tracking
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee departmental administrative functions including budget tracking and expense reporting
- Implement and optimize office procedures to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative support experience in corporate environments
