Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management and meeting coordination across multiple time zones
- Complex travel arrangements and expense report processing with 100% accuracy
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track key deliverables
- Manage office operations including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facilities coordination
- Onboard new hires and maintain HR documentation systems
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholder communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Experience in financial services or corporate environment preferred
- Associates degree in Business Administration or related field required
