Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision
- Manage confidential information, contracts, and sensitive documentation with discretion
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reports, and vendor relationships
- Develop and implement administrative systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, and reports with high attention to detail
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative team members
- Coordinate office facilities management and event planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven experience with calendar management, budget tracking, and vendor coordination
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with polished professionalism
- Experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced organizations
