Responsibilities
- Calendar & Travel Management: Manage complex executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel with precision.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage company-wide events, off-sites, and client meetings, including logistics, catering, and venue coordination.
- Office Operations: Oversee office inventory, manage vendor relationships, and ensure a functional and productive workspace.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Project Support: Assist in ad-hoc projects and special initiatives as directed by senior management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative or high-level support role.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools (e.g., Outlook, Asana, Salesforce).
