Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management and travel coordination for C-suite leadership
- Compose, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence and reports
- Coordinate departmental meetings, events, and logistics with precision
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for executive teams
- Serve as primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders
- Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and filing systems
- Oversee office supply inventory and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
- Discretion and sensitivity when handling confidential information
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with calendar management tools (Calendly, Doodle)
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and adapt to changing priorities
