Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate logistics across multiple time zones
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense reports
- Serve as primary point of contact for executive communications and external stakeholder relations
- Oversee office operations, including inventory management, vendor relations, and facilities coordination
- Lead special projects including meeting planning, event coordination, and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive executive information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative support experience, preferably with C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
