Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics across multiple departments
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Manage expense reports, invoicing, and budget tracking with precision
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory and vendor management
- Implement digital filing systems and document retention protocols
- Train and mentor junior administrative staff on department procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 3 years supporting C-level executives in financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Experience with Salesforce and SharePoint preferred
- Professional certification (e.g., CAP-OM) considered a plus
