Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with precision
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and correspondence in compliance with company standards
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and prioritize executive requests
- Oversee office supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Assist in budget tracking, expense reports, and invoice processing
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional certification (required)
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with discretion
- Experience with calendar management across multiple time zones
- Knowledge of financial services industry preferred
