Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with flawless attention to detail
- Compose, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence and executive communications
- Manage departmental budgets, expense reports, and vendor relationships
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination
- Prepare board materials, presentations, and analytical reports using advanced MS Office Suite
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Implement digital filing systems and document management protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience in corporate or financial services
