Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meeting logistics, and prioritize competing priorities
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage departmental budgets, expense reports, and invoicing processes
- Support special projects including event planning and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience, ideally in C-suite environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
