- Facilitate seamless communication across departmental leadership.
- Coordinate board meetings, off-site events, and quarterly company town halls.
- Implement and maintain efficient digital filing and documentation systems.
- Manage expense reporting and budgetary tracking for executive departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive-level administrative role.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Slack, and Zoom.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with professional polish.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate executive needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
