Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board-level review.
- Organize and facilitate executive meetings, including drafting agendas and recording detailed minutes.
- Maintain office efficiency by managing supplies, records, and departmental workflows.
- Coordinate event logistics and complex travel itineraries (domestic and international).
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and professional integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an executive-level administrative support role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to draft professional content.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to pivot quickly in changing environments.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Experience using project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Slack is a major asset.
