Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex schedules, and prioritize conflicting demands
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing executive offices professionally
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication and meeting logistics
- Conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making support
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience, preferably in financial services
