- Oversee administrative processes including expense reports, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and maintain detailed project tracking systems
- Manage office supplies inventory and vendor relationships for administrative needs
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
