Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate complex meeting logistics including agenda preparation, materials, and minute-taking
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage departmental budgets, expense reports, and procurement processes

Qualifications
