- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and initiatives with attention to deadlines
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage expense reports and budget tracking for executive departments

Qualifications
