Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory management and vendor coordination
- Organize and maintain electronic/digital filing systems for efficient document retrieval
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and invoice processing
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
