Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage confidential correspondence, contracts, and sensitive documentation using advanced organizational systems
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and financial documents using Microsoft Office Suite
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility management
- Implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with diplomatic acumen
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with strict deadlines
- Expert knowledge of confidentiality protocols and corporate governance
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and document management
