- Manage complex, shifting calendars and coordinate high-profile executive meetings, travel logistics, and corporate events.
- Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, internal departments, and external stakeholders with utmost professionalism.
- Draft, proofread, and format executive correspondence, presentations, and comprehensive operational reports.
- Oversee daily office operations, including vendor management, supply inventory, and reception desk protocols.
- Execute expense reporting and basic bookkeeping tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate internal team-building initiatives and foster a collaborative, positive company culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in administrative, clerical, or executive support roles.
- Proficiency with modern productivity tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Trello.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an eye for professional etiquette.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling administrative challenges.
