Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas with precision.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Screen and route incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, escalating urgent matters immediately.
- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and client meetings.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive administrative support or a related clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company information.
- Experience with project management tools is a plus.
