- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced MS Office Suite
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reports, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for executive team members
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Implement office procedures and maintain digital filing systems
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative experience in corporate or financial services
- Expert proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
