- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office Suite
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office supply inventory, vendor contracts, and facility management
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and expense reports
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative staff
- Maintain digital filing systems with 100% compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years experience supporting C-level executives in financial services
- Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and diplomacy skills
