Responsibilities
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage confidential communications and documentation with discretion and professionalism
- Prepare executive correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office skills
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relations, and facility management
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Implement and maintain organizational systems for digital and physical records
- Lead special projects including event coordination and process optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years supporting C-level executives in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Expertise in calendar management across multiple time zones
