- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Coordinate logistics for company events, conferences, and off-site meetings.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Filter and route incoming communications, prioritizing urgent matters for executive review.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
