Your Role:

As the first point of contact for our executives, you will manage the flow of information, coordinate complex schedules, and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. We are looking for someone who can anticipate needs and take initiative to streamline our daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel itineraries with precision.
