Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Expertly manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements, including domestic and international flights and accommodations.
- Communication: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, including emails, memos, and presentations with a high degree of professionalism.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute action items to ensure seamless follow-through.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supplies inventory, manage vendor relationships, and maintain a pristine and organized work environment.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects, data entry, and reporting as needed to support departmental goals.
- Reception Support: Manage front-desk reception duties, including screening calls and directing visitors with discretion.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive administrative role within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to various stakeholders.
- Organization: Superior organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
