- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office Suite
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and vendor relationships
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Support budget tracking and expense report processing
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Lead special projects requiring meticulous coordination and documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
