Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Oversee departmental budget tracking, expense reports, and invoice processing with 100% accuracy
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Implement and maintain efficient office procedures, including digital filing systems
- Coordinate special projects and events requiring cross-departmental collaboration
- Train and mentor junior administrative staff on organizational protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience, preferably in C-suite environments
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and calendar management software
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism
