Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and complex meeting coordination
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced MS Office Suite
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility coordination
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and departmental training initiatives
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage departmental budgets and expense reporting with meticulous accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
