Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and maintain electronic/digital filing systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate departmental meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience in corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
