- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee office procurement, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Implement and optimize administrative systems for enhanced productivity
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage departmental budgets and expense reporting processes
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years progressive administrative support experience, preferably in corporate settings
