Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with international stakeholders
- Manage confidential documentation, financial reports, and regulatory compliance filings
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external partners
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility management
- Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, and strategic briefing materials

Qualifications
