Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate departmental events, offsites, and team-building activities
- Manage expense reports and assist with budget tracking processes
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems for digital and physical records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines under pressure
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive/confidential information
- Experience with calendar management software (e.g., Calendly) and video conferencing tools
- Knowledge of financial industry terminology and protocols is a plus
