Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with precision
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office Suite
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and serve as primary liaison for internal stakeholders
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relations, and facility management
- Implement and optimize administrative workflows to enhance team productivity
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative personnel and provide mentorship
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative experience supporting executives
